Schooling life has ended.No more waking up early in the morning to catch the bus, 'sep-ing' with peeps in school uniform, splashing water of Birthdays, skipping classes , skipping school , bottle cap-ing , cursing teachers.

Had hell of a time during that period of life , it's time to move on
and I'd like to thank everyone and it's been my pleasure to have meet ya'll

RIP BROTHER

Gary Leon Robert,22,an electronics engineering student and my fellow football teammate in Royal Selangor Club was found dead near Shah Alam Stadium a day after completing the King of the Road Run, organised by Adidas last Sunday.

He was reported missing after collapsing at the finish line.A video recording of him fainting has been circulating on the internet.

It's shocking and bizarre at the same time because he was a fit person!!

MALAY MAIL:
“He participated in the run with two friends and they made plans to meet back at the parking lot after the run. They waited for one-and-a- half hours but there was no sign of him,” added Ramesh,a friend of Gary who tagged along with him for the marathon.

Upon learning the news that he was missing, family members and friends started a search. Many onlinethreads were started by friends immediately after but the search ended when a body was found at the construction waste dump site at the stadium’s basement the next day.

It doesn’t make sense! Knowing him personally, he wouldn’t have gone there alone, especially after collapsing earlier. And the place where his body was found was just opposite the medic camp and it isn’t near at all,” said Ramesh.

Facebook’s statuses were also flooded with the search and news of finding him.
Another friend Hafisz Faiesall, 22, described Gary as a very promising guy and an all-rounder. “It just saddens me because he was a really good friend. I’ve known him for more than five years and I certainly did not see any of this coming,” he said.
“When I arrived at the office and got myself online on Facebook, I was really horrified with my friends’ status updates. I kept on praying that it wasn’t true,” he added.

Ramesh told Malay Mail that Gary was a kind-hearted, happy and great person to be around citing that: “He was a very gentle person and extremely close to his family. In short, any parents would want him as their son.”

An unidentified person, who participated in the run also lent a helping hand by alerting the public. He posteda blog and uploaded a video of Gary passing out at the finish line.
He also provided his readers with details of Gary’s features, identification number, shirt number and what he was last seen wearing before he disappeared.
Second of three siblings, Gary was the only boy in the family and loved sports.

According to another unidentified witness: “Gary was last seen on a stretcher due to over exhaustion in the stadium being carried to the medic camp

He was associated with the Royal Selangor Football Club and attended University of Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). The marathon marked his first time running a 22km race.



Last glimps of Gary,collapsing after finishing the marathon.He even got a medal in the unfortunate event.

Although we don't talk very often, he was like my friend and my brother to me. I cried non-stop after hearing the saddened news. I'm deeply saddened on the dismiss of my beloved friend and also brother in Christ, Gary Robert. I will always remember his humble heart and the smile he has on his face. I have lost my dear friend and brother. May you rest in peace with the Lord Gary... :(

Gary, u were one of a kind.People tend to appriciate others when they are no more, but brother, I've always appriciated you, it has been a pleasure knowing you playing alongside with you and celebrating the victory for our Royal Selangor Club that we love.Despite going to University to further your studies, a call from Coach Radzali brought u back to the team and reunite us.You've always amuse me with your intelligence in and off the pitch , your composure, your ever smiling face and the well known HUMBLE character of yours.A week ago i was there beside you cracking jokes on the field, doing wat we do best and SNAP! i wouldnt get a chance to see and taste that glorious moment anymore.Gossips fly around in the speed of light but not once in my life I've heard anyone talking bad about you,Gary.You were everybody's friend, a perfectionist in the pitch ,an all rounder. NOW, you've left us to the place where God wants you to be and your footprints will never be forgotten,ever.

Up For Test

Hey everybody!
Last week is arguebly the best week of my life as I was summoned by Nike to join the ManUtd course at my beloved Royal Selangor Club.
I've been playing football for almost 14years and I gained more football knowledge in just 5 days compared to the last 13-14years.I made friends with all the coaches especially my new best friend :P, Robin Van Der Laan, Manutd international headcoach.

Speaking about his history, he has had a successful playing career with Derby County, having worn the number7 jersey and the captain arm band.Amazingly, he has beaten Manutd 3-2 with derby in Old Trafford in 1996/97 season which cost Manutd the Premier League. Now he's the international HeadCoach.haha

Back to my experience in ManUtd Soccer school, with 1 whole week of training,we faced many skills test.As for the outcome, i got the best player award alongside with 2more boys.Next, I'll be heading for the Asian Meet World Skills Finals next Sunday.
I'd like to thank God for giving me this special ability and the desire to reach my Goal!
